The Toothfairy Foundation supporting dental & medical projects for The Christina Noble Foundation, Chernobyl Children's Project & Ceka Kenyan Dental Project.
To date the Toothfairy Foundation has raised over €1,500,000 for dental projects. This year's ball will aim to continue funding its existing projects- The Christina Noble Mongolian Dental Project, the Social & Medical Centre in Ho Chi Minh City . This is by far the Foundations biggest project, and in 2004 the foundation was able to renovate and re-equip the Centre, which was formally opened by An Taoiseach Mr Bertie Ahern in October 2004. The Toothfairy Ball and all those who support this wonderful life saving event have played an integral role in assisting CNCF in maintaining the excellent standard of care given to the children over the last several years.
Funds generated from this years ball will help the continued funding for the construction and equipping of 2 dental surgeries in Embul-Bul, Kenya that are central to the continuing work of the volunteers to treat the many dental malformations in this impoverished area. the CEKA Kenyan Dental project.
Finally the funds raised from this year's ball will also help complete one of the last remaining units at Vesnova Orphanage in aid of the Chernobyl Children's Project International. Your money will employ medical staff, teachers and other specialist personnel to support the children in their development. The Chernobyl Children's Project will also purchase and deliver aid on a bi-monthly basis and supply all of the basic and essential food items for the orphanage over the year. |
